InsideOut Dad® is an evidence-based fatherhood program created specifically for incarcerated fathers. Through guided discussion, practical life skills, and personal reflection, participants learn how to strengthen their identity as fathers, improve communication, build healthier relationships, and prepare for successful reunification with their families after release.

The program recognizes that becoming a better father begins from within. As fathers develop greater self-awareness, accountability, and purpose, they are better equipped to positively impact their children, families, and communities both during incarceration and long after returning home.
